Over the last while I've learned some things that NEED to be shared because these foods were thought to be healthy and have either been proven not to be, or are suspected of being. I no longer use:
Truvia
Agave Nectar
Soy Milk
I may come back and add to this list, but for now, I just needed to put this out there. I'm using Stevia, Honey, pure Maple Syrup, and Coconut Milk.
